We are excited to be looking for a casual Youth Development Phase Coach to work with our U14-U16 players. The successful candidate will hold a UEFA A Licence and have experience of working with elite youth football players. The responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

  • To assist the Lead Phase coach with delivering the coaching programme.
  • Support the development of the players in the phase by contributing to Individual Player Development Plans, Player Reviews and Player Progression Plans.
  • Record and evaluate all coaching sessions and games on the PMA.
  • Monitor players and report on heir progress on a regular basis.
  • Attend internal meetings and CPD events.

About You

Essential

  • UEFA A Licence
  • BFAS
  • Knowledge of Elite Player performance plan (EPPP)
  • Computer Literate
  • Ability to work as part of a team and buy-in to the academy philosophy
  • A positive and professional attitude and the ability to work with a range of individuals
  • Successful applicants will be subject to enhanced DBS clearance prior to taking the job role
