As a progressive student-centred College, we are now looking for a SEN Practitioner.

Details of the role
The successful candidate will have responsibility for leading on the implementation of the Code of Practice and the development of support and the reviews of students with Education Health and Care Plans.
You will provide support in the assessment, delivery, monitoring and evaluation of learning support for students who have additional learning support needs.
This is a full time role working 37 hours per week, 52 weeks per year.

Job Requirements
You will have a good working knowledge of Special Educational Needs, qualifications in one or more areas of learning difficulties and/or disability or working toward.
You will also have knowledge of working with SEND Code of Practice.
