About the Team
We are a service that provides Summer Play Schemes in Hounslow during July and August. The schemes enable children and young people, including those with disabilities, to participate in arts and crafts, outdoor activities and sports and games.
Key Responsibilities
1. Able to work with children/young people and have an understanding to support those with special needs.
2. Have the flexibility and willingness to learn.
3. To raise any concerns/issues that arises with your supervisor.
4. Maintain a high level of confidentiality with children/young people and your team.
Your Skills
1. Have strong communication skills.
2. Be approachable and able to build relationships with the children/young people and members of your team.
3. Can work well within a team with enthusiasm.
4. Work using own initiative.
