Retirement Services has a highly experienced and technical administration team who’s aim is to provide training and coaching to ensure you are consistently supported during your time with HSBC. We are currently seeking an experienced individual to join the Retirement Services - SIPP Pensions as a Servicing Manager.
The role involves:
- Dealing with all areas of Self Invested Pensions from establishment, liaising with clients and advisers, dealing with third parties, and overseeing the end-to-end SIPP administration for new business and contributions together with general servicing enquiries
- Providing a best in best client centric service
- Coaching and overseeing a team of administrators
- People management including monthly 1:1 meeting.
- Leading and/or engaging in pension initiatives/projects
- Demonstrable experience of working in self-invested personal pension environment
- Knowledge of HMRC rules and regulations in relation to current pension legislation
- Knowledge of FCA CASS rules and regulations in relation to personal pension plans
- Confident communicator at all levels, both written and verbal
- Ability to manage and continually develop teams.
The base location for this role is Forum 1, The Forum, Fareham, PO15 7PA however all UK locations will be considered as Hybrid working options are available.
