Key responsibilities
To project manage the delivery of new business development initiatives by helping to shape solutions and managing cross functional stakeholders to land high quality projects, cost effectively and with pace and energy.
- Support the creation of new ideas for growth projects focused on prototyping, agile & iterative approach.
- Take full end to end ownership for the on time and in budget delivery of agreed set of projects.
- Engage and manage cross-functional stakeholders in any new projects.
- Create and manage clear milestone plans for all projects.
- Build and monitor budgets for all projects.
- Design clear KPIs for all new projects.
- Provide regular updates on project status to governance forums.
- Facilitate post investment reviews of all new initiatives which enable clear conclusions.
Required skills & experience
- Proven experience of delivering projects
- Experience of working cross functionally and with third parties to deliver change.
- Good communicator who can engage at all levels.
- Able to monitor progress and escalate appropriately.
- Track record of making things happen in a test & learn iterative approach.
- Able to work with pace and energy.
- Travel will be required to support some projects.
