Band 3 PTS Bureau Positions - Control/Planner and Contact centre Agent
The PTS Bureau have opened up employment opportunities for the right candidates to join our team with the North West Ambulance, Patient Transport Service.
Change and innovation is a big part of the Patient Transport Service, and it is essential that you can embrace change, and have a positive and "Can do" attitude.
A rota will be offered to include weekend, Bank Holiday, and evening working. Unsocial elements will be paid in addition to regularly salary, where applicable.
We will be holding joint interviews for both positions and candidates will be selected for the role appropriate to their skill set unless a specific role is requested by the candidate.
