ROLE PURPOSE:
Although we are a large corporate, we are thinking differently in Digital. We are thinking big but starting small and iterating to deliver great products.
We want designers who can balance user and business requirements, understand technical limitations and opportunities and can deliver commercially possible and technically innovative solutions that consistently impress.
We are looking for a mid-weight multi-disciplined UX & Interaction designer, with good understanding and exposure to ServiceNow product for both workflow and dashboard components , to join our Middle Office Technology team and work with the Product owner, business users and technology team in order to create world class solutions.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Work with the product owners, developers, technologists, business users creating a ServiceNow Workflow Orchestration and Dashboard platform.
- Apply ServiceNow best practices/design patterns into new requirements
- Provide UX Design to all parts of the digital product life cycle getting products from conception to reality (user research, clickable prototyping, handholding technical teams to develop the solution, quality check the delivered solution and look forward for product optimisation)
- Take part in stakeholder / user interviews and requirements gathering
- Create user journeys, clickable prototypes for the product vision.
SKILLS / EXPERIENCE:
- A portfolio to demonstrate any previous ServiceNow products delivered in the past.
- A portfolio to demonstrate advanced data visualization/dash boarding skills.
- A solid understanding of modern UX patterns and how to bring creativity alongside consistency.
- Good understanding of different investment banking products and trade life cycle activities including pre-trade, trade and post trade.
- A problem solver, always looking to iterate, improve, simplify.
- You can think like a user, understand the issues like a developer and you possess a head for the commercial reality of a piece of work.
- Experience in using ServiceNow for Finance, investment banking
- Your portfolio will show experience of designing responsively for mobile/tablet projects
- Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
