SALARY: £45,054.00 to £67,581
LOCATION(S): Leeds, Bristol, Edinburgh, Haifax
HOURS: Full time
WORKING PATTERN: Our work style is hybrid, which involves spending at least
two days per week, or 40% of our time, at one of our office sites

What you’ll need
You’ll understand technical aspects of the ServiceNow Platform including:
- Application UI
- Process and solution integration.
- Workflow design/configuration.
- Reporting
- Some experience as a technical resource working on the development of ServiceNow solutions (essential)
- JavaScript
What skills you’ll bring?
You’ll be self-motivated with experience of operating on the ServiceNow Platform to some degree, and comfortable in the wide-ranging atmosphere of a technical organisation with a rapidly growing customer base. In addition, you’ll be organised and analytical, adept at working in a team environment, and able to balance multiple priorities in a fast paced environment.
You’ll also have/demonstrate:
- Some experience of ServiceNow implementations
- Conclusive, creative, analytical and proactive thinking with effective interpersonal skills
- Ability to understand business requirements and convert them into solution designs
- Knowledge of web-based systems architecture, service-based architecture, enterprise application architecture as well as experience handling expectations and priorities.
- Demonstrate good judgment and pragmatic approach to delivering a successful implementation within a Scrum/Agile Team and Structure
