Wilton House Belfast are 23 NEW Luxury Serviced Apartments in Belfast City Centre. We are now hiring for a full-time Accommodation Assistant to join our team!

We are the 'New Kids On The Block' and we offer the successful candidate the chance to help us build the brand from the ground up. As an Accommodation Assistant, you will be constantly on your feet and overseeing the entire operation of Wilton House, and are therefore the eyes and hears of the business, reporting directly to the General Manager.

Your job responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

  • Attending to all apartments to ensure high standards are continuously met
  • Conduct check-ins personally, even after hours and on weekends as required
  • Conduct regular detailed inventory checks, quality control, report any maintenance and repair issues in a timely manner
  • Source and distribute all necessary apartment supplies and track inventory accordingly (stock control)
  • Manage all cleaning personnel and schedule on a weekly basis
  • Check-In / Meet and greet guests
  • Answer the 24h emergency phone and attend to guest concerns

  • Has to have management experience, ideally in operations

  • Has a proven track record of successfully leading a team
  • Is a confident driver and likes to be on the move
  • Is exceptionally detail orientated and is very well organised
  • Is exceptional at multi-tasking
  • Works well under pressure and always has a cool head
  • Is a quick learner
  • Is very self-confident and can make independent judgment calls on the spot
  • Has great customer service skills
  • Has strong management skills with no 9-5 mentality
  • Has a professional phone manner

Requirements:

  • Professional phone and email manners
  • Strong communication skills
  • Not required but experience with the following fields is considered a big plus: operations in serviced apartments/ hotel, housekeeping, maintenance
