Primary Job Duties:

Responsible for providing IT support to end users of our company computers, printers and other peripheral devices. Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Install, maintain, and troubleshoot computer systems and peripherals throughout the company
Setup mobile devices to be used for front-line operation
Repair desktop/laptop computer physical hardware through manufacturer warranty
Resolve support tickets/incidents in a timely manner
Maintain steady, proactive contact with managers and/or supervisors at all company locations to resolve or escalate promptly any problems being experienced throughout our vast area network
Install, maintain, and repair voice and data wiring systems when needed
Install, troubleshoot, and repair data network equipment and/or telephone equipment when needed
Answer IT Help Desk phone calls for SkyWest on an as needed basis
Provide after-hours support for essential systems when operationally necessary as deemed by management
Other duties as assigned by the Manager of IT Services

Minimum Requirements:

Excellent understanding of the Windows 10 operating systems
Basic skills in operating tablets and other mobile devices
Strong troubleshooting skills
Effective verbal communication and customer service skills
Ability to multi-task with strong follow-up skills
Strong team skills as well as the ability to work independently
Understanding of voice and data network wiring concepts
Must be at least 18 years of age

Physical and Other Requirements:

Ability to lift 60+ pounds consistently
Flexibility for extensive travel
Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays when operationally necessary as deemed by management
Ability to travel last minute
