Install, maintain, and troubleshoot computer systems and peripherals throughout the company- Setup mobile devices to be used for front-line operation
- Repair desktop/laptop computer physical hardware through manufacturer warranty
- Resolve support tickets/incidents in a timely manner
- Maintain steady, proactive contact with managers and/or supervisors at all company locations to resolve or escalate promptly any problems being experienced throughout our vast area network
- Install, maintain, and repair voice and data wiring systems when needed
- Install, troubleshoot, and repair data network equipment and/or telephone equipment when needed
- Answer IT Help Desk phone calls for SkyWest on an as needed basis
- Provide after-hours support for essential systems when operationally necessary as deemed by management
- Other duties as assigned by the Manager of IT Services
- Excellent understanding of the Windows 10 operating systems
- Basic skills in operating tablets and other mobile devices
- Strong troubleshooting skills
- Effective verbal communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multi-task with strong follow-up skills
- Strong team skills as well as the ability to work independently
- Understanding of voice and data network wiring concepts
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to lift 60+ pounds consistently
- Flexibility for extensive travel
- Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays when operationally necessary as deemed by management
- Ability to travel last minute
