Innovate was established in 2012 and since then have been delivering the needs for Contractors and Surveyors in N. Ireland, Ireland and UK. The Company covers a vast range of products suited to the construction and infrastructure industries. Mainly known for Survey Equipment supplies, over the years we have grown to acquire additional partners which help the company provide end to end solutions on and off machine for Architectural, engineering and the entire construction community.
We are seeking a service technician someone maybe with electronic engineering background for our busy workshop here in Antrim. Hours of work are Monday - Thursday 8am-5pm & Friday 8am-3pm. One hour lunch.
The Service Technician will be responsible for preventive maintenance, calibration and repair of surveying equipment. This position would suite an individual with a background in electronics, instrumentation or computer repairs.
The ideal person would be an individual searching for a progressive career in a growing organisation.
They will be responsible for:
- Carrying out repairs and calibrations on a wide range of instruments
- Complete conformity checks on hire fleet equipment
- Liaise with the sales and hire controller, customers and accounts department
- Comply with internal and external quality procedures.
- Adhere to strict data protection protocols
- Provide technical support to the sales and support team and customers
Requirements
- 3+ years experience
- Qualification in electrical or electronic engineering
- Good communication skills
- Works well in a team and to own initiative
- Ability to multitask
- Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Full training will be given internally and with the manufacturers through a period of time
- Performance bonuses available throughout the year
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £25,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
