Rygor Commercials Gloucester is looking for an experienced Service Team Leader to join their team of automotive professionals.

The Role
At Rygor, they are looking for an experienced and dedicated Service Team Leader, who has a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and approaches the role with a commercial mindset. This role will be a mix of responsibilities, including front and back of house tasks, and managing a small team of people. It is a varied role that will require you to juggle many parts of the job, so you need to be organised!
On Offer
Basic salary of £27,000 plus an opportunity to earn bonuses, for a 42.5-hour week Monday to Friday with flexible start and finish times.

About You
You will have previous experience of working as a service advisor or service team leader within the automotive industry. You will have fantastic customer service skills, be computer literate, with a calm and considered approach to this busy role. You will love working in a team and enjoy supporting their learning and development.
