Service Support Manager
Ellesmere based
Salary: £40,000 with car allowance of £650 per month
37 hours Monday to Friday

Main Responsibilities
- Support all Service Sales and P&L for the Customer Service functions together with other colleagues
- Provide short and long term forecast for P&L’s you are responsible for
- Provide monthly reports for the Service function to the management team
- Support sales development towards setting targets including parts, contracts and maintenance
- Cooperate with central services where applicable
- Assess and adjust profitability of maintenance contracts and continually improve
- Develop a standard way of working for more efficiency
- Drive abilities for innovative business solutions, targeting the life cycle of the customer
- Deploy a proactive safety culture of zero incidents while promoting and ensuring the completion of safety trainings and programs together with key stakeholders
- Provide support to Technical Support Manager and functions
- Actively participate in the budget and strategic planning of the business unit
- Actively participate in the transformation from product- to service culture
- Develop and optimise service operations on both field and workshop to ensure the lead time, local parts supply chain, quality and efficiency
- Measure, communicate and improve key performance indicators, support continuous improvement and best practice, share activities at and across Market Areas
- Ensure implementation and continuous improvement of Services Management System
- Manage and motivate teams as driven by business needs
- Carry out assigned tasks and duties in a safe manner, in accordance with instructions and in compliance with the company's safety rules / procedures and with regulations and codes of practice
- Support the company’s efforts to reduce accidents / incidents by reporting unsafe actions or conditions and participating in Safety Walks, Safety Audits and 5S events etc. as require.
