A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Service Specialist to join our already highly successful team at Harley-Davidson Norwich and become part of the renowned LIND family.

This role is at the core of our customer experience. You will build lasting relationships with customers new and existing, guiding and advising them on work needed on their motorcycles and being with them every step of their Harley- Davidson journey.

Position Purpose/ Key Responsibilities:

  • Reporting to the Head of Service, Parts & Clothing
  • Achieving sales targets by selling workshop hours via the retail counter
  • Liaising with all Departments Pre picking of parts
  • Ensuring manufacturer systems and procedures are followed
  • Maintain records and process accurate Warranty Claims
  • Create a memorable experience for the customer from enquiry through to completion of the work on their motorcycle
  • Maintaining and building close relationships with new and existing customers

The successful candidate will have:

  • Previous experience within the motorcycle /automotive trade
  • A can-do attitude

  • Ability to utilise multiple systems
  • Possess a Methodical Approach
  • Be Approachable and Honest
  • Excellent communication skills

Desirable:

  • Mechanical knowledge of H-D motorcycles Experience with using automotive systems such as Kerridge
  • A full A Category Motorcycle Licence is desirable
