Job description

Touchstone Medical Imaging is seeking a customer service oriented professional for our medical front office position at our location in Richardson, TX! The Patient Service Representative will assist patients with check in, check out, insurance verification, and scheduling.

Shift: Monday-Friday, 8:15am-4:45pm (weekend rotations)

Requirements

• Previous Experience in a Medical Office or Hospital setting preferred
• Ability to Handle Heavy Patient Volume
• Strong Customer Service and Computer Skills
• Ability to Multi-Task
• Medical Terminology Knowledge
