LabCorp is seeking a Warehouse Team Lead to join our team in Phoenix, AZ. This position will be responsible for leading a team who fulfills customer orders of medical lab supplies and products.
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 6:00am - 2:30pm
Location: 5005 S. 40th Street, Phoenix, AZ 85040

Job Duties/Responsibilities
- Assist the supervisor in the day to day operations of the warehouse
- Perform cycle counts and full physical inventory to ensure inventory accuracy
- Resolve inventory errors as necessary
- Provide emergency orders to the lab as needed
- Resolve all customer concerns efficiently and timely
- Train employees
- Problem solve and provide potential resolutions for any warehouse related issues
- Perform a variety of administrative/clerical duties as needed
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in a warehouse and/or picking and packing orders; at least 3 years is preferred
- Prior leadership experience preferred
- Basic computer and typing skills; Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Strong communication skills; both written and verbal
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask
- Experience with warehouse equipment such as a forklift, cherry picker, and pallet jack a plus
- Knowledge of inventory control and cycle counts
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Must be able to work overtime as business needs require
