Applications are invited for a full time Service Manager in the Division of Surgery at Chesterfield Royal Hospital NHS Foundation Trust. This is a fantastic opportunity to join the division at a time when the NHS is focussed on elective recovery.
As a key member of the Care Unit triumvirate, you will provide leadership which enables the operational and transformational delivery of high quality, safe and person-centred care through the engagement and empowerment of others. You will contribute fully and effectively to the development and delivery of the wider aims of the Hospital, including the delivery of our strategic objectives and be responsible for aligning the Divisional plans with them.
It is an exciting time for the surgical division with new developments and system working within all specialities.
The post holder will be required to cover on call duties of approximately 1 per month once training has been completed.
