Purpose of Role:
We are looking for an experienced Service Management and Data Analyst who will be accountable for monitoring and managing the resolution of all technical issues that impact the smooth running of our estate which include ANPR cameras, Routers, PTZ cameras, NUC’s and tablets.
Main responsibilities
- To actively monitor reports and live systems to identify technical faults impacting site optimisation.
- To identify trends and areas of opportunity which could be leveraged to drive performance.
- To proactively monitor sites where faults have been resolved to ensure they are performing back at expected levels.
- To identify root cause of faults and define process improvements that will support the rapid resolution technical faults.
- To own the resolution of technical issue from initial identification to fault closure within an agreed SLA by working with internal and external partners.
- Manage external supplier relationship, ensuring all initiatives are completed within an agreed timeframe.
- Providing continuous improvement support, ensuring that associated change projects are landed successfully in the team/department.
- Lead and support new business initiatives, working with multiple different stakeholders, to ensure all operational and client facing considerations /impacts are factored into the project.
- Monitoring, collating & reviewing site performance providing weekly reports on site performance.
- Support the Head of department with reporting & KPI management.
Key Capabilities, Skills, and Qualifications:
- Good knowledge of Sim’s, Router config, API calls.
- Running SQL Database queries.
- Demonstrable experience of working with large volumes of data sets for analytical review
- Problem-solving aptitude with the ability to escalate, as appropriate.
- Ability to learn new data analytics platforms as required.
- Advanced Excel knowledge
- Power BI knowledge
- Good verbal and written communication skills including excellent telephone manner.
- Strong relationship builder
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritise workload and take action.
