About The Role
Do you have experience as a Service Improvement Advocate? Are you great with customers and able to build a rapport in order to resolve complaints? If so, we are looking for you.
If you’re an enthusiastic customer service professional with great complaints handling skills, this is a fantastic opportunity. Encouraging a culture of honesty, diversity and leadership, we are constantly seeking to improve the way we operate and you’ll have the chance to make a real impact on our customer satisfaction levels.

Monitoring all complaint activities, you’ll swiftly contact customers to determine the basis of their complaints, identify the root cause and resolve any issues from the first contact. When a resolution is unable to be achieved, you’ll escalate complaints and follow their progress to ensure a successful conclusion.
Acting as a source of support and guidance for Managers, you’ll ensure that all complaints are handled in a timely, professional and consistent manner. Additionally, you’ll maintain accurate complaint records and identify any reoccurring issues to improve services.
This role is being offered on a full time, permanent basis and can be based in our Tolvaddon, Exeter or Weston-super-Mare office. A hybrid working style is an option.
