Full Job Description Service Experience Colleague (Rochdale) – This is a full-time permanent position based on 37.5 hours per week Salary - £22,000 per annum paid every 4 weeks Location – Based at our office in Rochdale with a mixture of office and home-based working.
Here’s the address: toyou Kingsway Business Park Rochdale OL16 4NZ Shift Patterns – This is a shift-based role based across our core hours of 08:00-22:00. We operate a rota based on working alternate weekends with the benefit of additional days off midweek. There is three different shifts
Monday to Saturday. 0800-1600, 1200-2000 and 1400-2200. When working a Sunday, it will be at 0900-1700 shift to match our store hours.
We are looking for people who can be flexible on the days they work as occasionally shifts will need to be changed to ensure sufficient cover is maintained.
Start date – TBC. Training Details - Monday to Friday 9:00am-5:00pm for the first week at our Rochdale Office.
Subsequent training weeks will be transitioned onto the working shift pattern.
Once you have demonstrated you are confident in performing the role, you will move to a mixture of home and office working.
This may change subject to business requirements so ensure your commute and your work life balance is manageable.
We don’t want you to miss any training so no holidays will be authorised during this time.
About Us... Our toyou parcel operation has experienced rapid growth in recent years with a significant level of client on boarding activity and substantial growth planned over the next 12 months.
As such, we are looking for individuals to work alongside our existing service experience colleagues who monitor and influence the flow of customer parcels through our network, liaising with our third-party partners and internal business units to ensure a seamless and timely service is delivered. When you’re working from home, we’ll supply all your IT equipment- you’ll just need a desk, a comfortable chair and a stable, strong internet connection.
What you’ll be doing…
- Ensuring parcels flow end to end on-time for collection and returns, using vehicle tracking technology.
- Resolving issues and eliminating, where possible, the impact to the customer • Investigating and resolving customer queries relating to their parcels
- Assisting our store colleagues with any issues or questions they may have relating to our service What skills we need from you…
- Naturally you should and have fantastic communication skills both written and verbal, and we’ll be assessing for these skills throughout our recruitment process.
- You need to be digitally savvy and display confident IT skills as we have several in house systems
- You’ll also need the confidence to highlight issues or process improvements to ensure we continue to provide the best possible service to our customers
