As a service Development Specialist, you will actively influence assigned partners service operations to successfully improve the efficiency and effectiveness of their service offering towards Canon end user customers. Through promoting and supporting Canon product propositions and use of genuine Canon spares, drums & consumables, working closely with Indirect channel sales development managers to positively contribute towards the achievement of fiscal targets.

What we ask
- Influence partner service performance through implementing effective plans and improving results in line with Canon UK strategies.
- Actively promote Canon services offerings, products and tools produced for our Partners.
- Grow services income from assigned partners through promoting Canon propositions and sales of genuine supplies.
- Review product performance and development of Partners service offerings through regular reviews.
- Development of Partner technical resource, enabling them to have optimum product and technical skills coverage.
- Provide Specialist service business knowledge to partner channel sales teams.
- Develop documents and procedures as appropriate to the services provided to and for Canon Partners.
You will need
- Experience in account support / customer facing responsibility.
- Experience in Service Operations / Technical Delivery management.
- Business builder through data collection and analytics.
- Customer Focus / Relationship management
- Experience revenue generation
- Experience of building outcome focused business plans
