We are hiring for Service Desk / IT Support / Enduser / Infrastructure Analyst

Location : Remote -1 / 2 days per week in Cardiff or Bristol office

• Should have experience providing first and second line support for all IT related issues and processing service requests
• Experienced in supporting an array of laptop devices (Windows and MacOS operating systems), smartphones (Android and iOS), VoIP systems
• Build, manage, support, asset track and maintain all associated hardware devices
• Should keep track all incidents and service requests, prioritising as necessary and resolving within agreed timescales
• ITIL accreditation or experience of working in an ITIL environment
• Highly preferred experience or knowledge of Google Workspace & MacOS

Job Types: Full-time, Temporary contract, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 6 months

Salary: £300.00-£340.00 per day
