Job description
We are hiring for Service Desk / IT Support / Enduser / Infrastructure Analyst
Location : Remote -1 / 2 days per week in Cardiff or Bristol office
- Should have experience providing first and second line support for all IT related issues and processing service requests
- Experienced in supporting an array of laptop devices (Windows and MacOS operating systems), smartphones (Android and iOS), VoIP systems
- Build, manage, support, asset track and maintain all associated hardware devices
- Should keep track all incidents and service requests, prioritising as necessary and resolving within agreed timescales
- ITIL accreditation or experience of working in an ITIL environment
- Highly preferred experience or knowledge of Google Workspace & MacOS

Salary: £300.00-£340.00 per day
