Milton Keynes (Hybrid Opportunity - 2 days in office a week)

You’re a knowledgeable individual and have developed some great skills having worked in the technology industry, previously providing support at a 2nd Line level or above. This means you’re pretty caught up when it comes to taking ownership of tickets allocated to you and managing them through resolution or escalation. You’re all about being able to ensure Service Level Agreements (“SLAs”) are met and so troubleshooting, maintaining and supporting a wide range of systems is just as important to you as answering queries and complaints, reporting client facing risks and customer feedback. Just as a reminder, you`re not alone here, you`ve got a team by your side, this means you`re a team player open to collaboration, ensuring personal and team objectives are achieved and will have further guidance when needed – is this the kind of growth you`re looking for?
Requirements
You’re well aware of what your daily duties may look like. What follows are the systems you’re able to work with and where you’ll showcase your IT skills,
- Server Infrastructure
- HP & Dell, Microsoft Server OS through to 2019, Linux, Hyper-V, VMWare, and AD related aspects of Intune, server rebuilds
- Azure
- Azure AD, ASR, IAAS, PAAS, Subscriptions & Management Groups, Role Based Access Control (RBAC), NSG, Key Vault, Automation, Storage, App Service, Azure SQL
- Backup technologies
- VEAAM, Azure Backup, Backup Exec, MABS
- Active Directory
- DHCP, DNS, Replication, AD sync, GPO, Clustering, DFS
- 3rd party Line of Business application troubleshooting
You`ve got the Formal IT qualification (Minimum AZ-104) but it’s not just about being tech savvy, if you’re wanting to learn and are willing to gain relevant qualifications and accreditation's, ultimately, you’ll be developing your IT skills and we’ll be happy to help you achieve this.
It’s a fast-paced environment and there is constant activity, but with your ability to prioritise, provide, work to deadlines and under pressure, your customer relations skills to understand client/client representative's concerns and requirements remain solid.
