Job description

Do you have previous experience working within Technology and have a strong level of general IT knowledge? Do you have the skills and experience to provide excellent technical and non-technical deskside support? If so, then we may have the perfect role for you!

We are currently recruiting for two IT Service Desk Analyst’s to join our in-house Technology team in Liverpool. You will need to have excellent customer service skills, a problem solving approach and be able to work on your own initiative and make decisions.
