This is an excellent opportunity for a dynamic and ambitious Technical Support Candidate to be part of our IT Service Desk Team and the first port of call for our Trust staff for technical support advice and guidance.
As our ideal candidate, you will already be excellent communicator, customer focused with a drive to provide a high standard of service to all our Trust Staff and partners. We pride ourselves with delivering a high rate of first time fixes and look to continuously improve and invest in our staff to achieve this.
The role would be to work as part of a team supporting clinical and non-clinical users throughout the trust in their use of all ICT services and where appropriate offering advice and training to the user.
