Job description
In the role of service desk agent, you will take on multiple responsibilities, working with the team to deliver the best customer service experience as possible to our users.
The role primarily consists of answering telephone calls and providing initial diagnostics, fixing simple issues, and escalating further problems to relevant teams in the department.
As well as answering phone calls the role will involve dealing with customer emails, contacting customers, providing the relevant diagnostics, and taking steps to find resolutions.
Within the team the primary aspect is around customer service, a full training plan will be supplied on a one-to-one basis to ensure you can deliver the customer service that we strive for.
