About the role
We are currently looking to recruit a Service Delivery Manager who is passionate about making a difference in a fast paced service management role, coordinating activities across a range of business and technical areas.
This varied and exciting role involves coordinating, managing and governing delivery of our technical services that support our colleagues and members. This includes service performance review and reporting, identifying and championing service improvements, and ownership and support of the Society's Incident, Problem and associated processes.
The role includes Major Incident management, coordinating resolution activities and delivering communications to stakeholders across the Society.
What will you bring to the role?
Experience of managing multiple stakeholders in complex, high pressure situations
- You are an experienced Service Delivery Management professional
- Can demonstrate a process driven acumen
- Excellent ‘soft skills'.
- You understand major ITIL processes & ideally ITIL certified.
- You have major incident management experience.
