We are looking for a Service Delivery Manager to manage end-to-end processes on one of our DNS accounts. The role holder will be responsible for delivering across several Service Management disciplines, including but not exclusively; Incident, Problem, Change, Release and Deployment, Capacity and Availability.
For each Service Management function, the role holder will be responsible for maintaining the appropriate Plan, along with the underpinning Process, Templates, Work Instructions and Toolsets. The aim of this role is to ensure that the Service remains compliant with the relevant processes and standards, is delivered in the most efficient manner, and continually improves.
The role is crucial to the successful delivery of an ongoing service, maintaining a focus on meeting and exceeding customer expectations.
