Our Cloud Operations and Global Customer Support Department are undergoing rapid expansion, and we are actively seeking new team member to join our Aberdeen office. To become part of our dynamic team.

As our new Service Delivery Manager, you are a seasoned professional with a substantial and broad technical expertise who supports customers ensuring quality of all delivered services to client base.

Responsibilities
Maintain governance and positive relationships with customers.
Manage service delivery for all operational deliverables in the contract.
Establish and refine delivery processes, where the goal is to deliver world class service.
Ensure processes are efficient and cost-effective.
Identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions to enhance service quality.
Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensuring that service level agreements (SLAs) are met or exceeded.
Build partnerships and liaise with our team leaders to determine criteria for the delivery of those services, and how to develop solutions to any issues that arise at our Cegal offices around the world.
Responsible for resource management and scheduling of work tasks within the client.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth service delivery, from planning to execution.
Participating in regular review meetings with clients to assess satisfaction and gather feedback.
Generate and analyse monthly service reports and present to client.
Keeping abreast of industry trends and best practices to continuously improve service delivery processes.

If you can also relate to several of the following qualifications, we believe that we’re a good match for each other:
Microsoft or other IT Technical certifications
English language both written and oral on a professional level, as well as excellent interpersonal & communication skills
Relevant experience within Service Management and ITIL
Relevant Degree in IT
Experience from working in environments where adherence to compliance and security regulations plays a key role
Office Based in Aberdeen with a requirement to travel to customer sites globally
