Are you the Service Delivery Leader we are looking for Do you have the passion, talent, skills and care experience that can make it all add up for the people we support
Purpose of the role:
To lead team leaders and support workers supporting adults with learning disabilities
To take full responsibility for the development and implementation of systems and processes to ensure we are able to provide the highest quality of care and support to the people we support.
To work with the area managers to turn referrals into new business stream
To work across Telford & York House Shrewsbury services
