PMUK are looking for a Service Delivery Engineer who will be responsible for contributing to the development and support of production and service’s engineering teams, with a focus on improving customer experience, whilst adhering to compliance and company process.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
- Managing multiple operating systems and their deployment method.
- Design, develop & build support processes and (or) products.
- Project support, working with various stakeholders throughout the business.
- Production and service support.
- Continuous improvement of all areas of configuration and service.
- Training operatives to enhance quality and efficiency.
- Writing/editing and controlling instructions for CDS, assembly, test, O/S deployment and shipping.
- Customer visits and meetings.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- The ability to manage concurrent projects is essential.
- Appropriate academic and/or vocational qualification (Engineering) is essential.
- Image deployment is desirable.
- PC Hardware knowledge is required.
- Managing projects.
- Excellent written & oral communication skills.
- Experience of Windows and android operating systems is necessary.
- Enthusiastic approach to all tasks undertaken.
- Customer first attitude.
- Must be able to demonstrate and substantiate their achievements.
- Must have the ability to develop strong relationships and work independently, and as part of a team.
- Must be flexible, diligent, and tenacious.

- Potential international travel could be required as part of this role.

Working Hours: 08:00 – 16:15 Monday – Friday.- Flexi-time system.
