PMUK are looking for a Service Delivery Engineer who will be responsible for contributing to the development and support of production and service’s engineering teams, with a focus on improving customer experience, whilst adhering to compliance and company process.

Knowledge and Skills:

• PC Hardware knowledge is required.
• Managing projects.
• Excellent written & oral communication skills.
• Experience of Windows and android operating systems is necessary.
• Enthusiastic approach to all tasks undertaken.
• Customer first attitude.

• Must be able to demonstrate and substantiate their achievements.
• Must have the ability to develop strong relationships and work independently, and as part of a team.

• Potential international travel could be required as part of this role.
