About the Role
We have a great opportunity for a Service and Relationship Manager to join our experienced Product Development team at an exciting time of growth in the Society’s history.
Reporting to Head of Commercial and Product Development and working closely with, the Head of Savings, you will play a key role in delivering our strategic plan through our trusted partners.
This role will play a pivotal part in delivering excellent experiences for our members through our partners. You will use your relationship management skills to ensure our outsourcing services and partnerships are aligned to our strategic growth plans and deliver exception experiences for our members. This will include ensuring the societies requirements are address through partnership development roadmaps.
The role will be responsible for ensuring all partners are operating within our regulatory frameworks.
About You
We are looking for someone who is passionate about delivering excellent customer experiences through relationship management. Using your experiences in influencing partners to deliver results aligned with their own strategic ambitions.
You will have excellent communication skills with a natural ability to communicate with senior internal and external stakeholders. These skills will enable you to negotiate with suppliers to ensure you get the best outcome for the society and its members.
You will have the expertise to work and liaise with numerous stakeholders, both internal and external, to ensure successful delivery of our requirements.
You will have experience of working within the financial services sector, ideally within a relationship management role within the savings market.
