In 2004 we opened our Helston site to look after south Cornwall. Since then we continued with our local Cornish family values of looking after all our customers old and new.
Parklands Toyota offers the full range of new Toyota Vehicles and with a wide range of quality used vehicles in stock, we also offer an extended range of facilities. As an official approved Toyota Site, we are authorised to carry out Toyota servicing and repairs.

The Customer Service Advisor role:
As a Service Advisor, you will be responsible for the daily activities of the front of house service team.
With great product knowledge and a passion for delivering great customer service, you will use excellent communication skills to provide a seamless service to customers and be sure to retain them for the future.
Knowledgeable and professional, you’ll work with your team to maximise upsell opportunities whilst delighting our customers.

About you:
+ Relevant Automotive experience working in the Service department
+ Be an experienced Service Advisor / Customer Service Advisor / Customer Service Rep
+ Have excellent interpersonal skills and desire to deliver a great service
+ Have a desire to strive and hit sales targets
+ Understanding of computer systems such as e-mail, using online training and manufacturer technical systems , CKD / Keyloop
