Opportunity at RRG Toyota Bradford – Service Advisor
Main duties of the role will include booking customer’s cars in for service/MOT, co-ordinating the movements of the customer vehicles through the service centre, customer enquiries, up selling and general administration tasks.
We are looking for candidates with a passion for delivering the highest levels of customer service and the personality to develop and maintain long-term customer relationships. Ideally, the successful candidate will have previous experience in a similar role, be target orientated and be a team player.
Additionally, the successful applicant will also have excellent communication skills, provide a high level of customer service and have the ability to use their own initiative.
Normal working hours will be an average of 45 hours per week: Monday to Friday 08:00 through to 17:30 with an hour unpaid break for lunch. You will also be required to work one in three Saturdays on a rota basis, 08:30 through to 17.00 which will be part of the normal working week.
