Caffyns are looking to recruit a full-time Service Advisor to join our team at our Brighton Volkswagen dealership.
Caffyns PLC has been established for over 150 years, with franchised dealerships across Kent & Sussex. At Brighton Volkswagen we are proud to be part of the Volkswagen Group experiencing high levels of growth within the business.
The role is ideally suited to someone who is highly enthusiastic, well organised, and has the desire to deliver an amazing customer experience.
Previous experience in a customer service facing role or an automotive Aftersales background would be an advantage; however, we will be keen to meet anyone who is enthusiastic and has a willingness to learn. A full Volkswagen training programme, supplied by the Volkswagen Group, leading to accredited status is provided alongside being part of our day-to-day Aftersales team.
