The Best Connection West Bromwich are currently recruiting x2 Parts Advisor's to join our clients fantastic auto parts store / warehouse based within the heart of Oldbury.

• Pay: Salary £25,000 - £30,000 DEPENDENT ON EXPERIENCE.
• Hours: 08:30 - 17:30 Monday to Friday & one is four Saturday 08:30 - 11:30.
• Immediate interviews available.

You will be working within a fast-paced store/warehouse environment, you will be working in a team of 3 carrying out various roles, please see daily duties below.

Daily duties include:

• Responsible for both face - to - face and telephone sales enquiries.
• Identifying parts number required and processing through to invoicing and delivery whilst ensuring that all customers are informed of any part promotions, maximising sales opportunities.
• Responsible for locating any ‘non - stocked’ items from various suppliers to meet the customers needs.
• Working as within a small team to ensure all procedures and processes are following correctly.
• Check all items are delivered and collected, correspond to relevant paperwork, produce all invoices, and return notes.
• Following the company procedures to collect payment owed from customers and ensuring payment is receipted.

The role will start on a temporary basis but could lead to a permanent positions with a pay increase for the right candidate.
