Service department
Due to the expansion of our service business, we have an exciting opportunity available for a self-motivated and hardworking individual, who can work on their own initiative as one of our Service Advisors within our service department, you will be the important link between our factory trained technicians and the customer, ensuring that their experience with us is a memorable one, especially for all the right reasons. Keeping customers up to date whilst the vehicle is under our care for any additional work that may be required, ensuring the agreed timescale is retained and keeping a cool head even when under pressure is essential. Taking care of the customer with regards to the entire experience from initial booking to showing the customer where their car is after any routine service, maintenance or warranty work that has been carried out, this will include advising with regards to routine service, additional work that may be required, invoicing and logistics. You should find it easy to communicate with people at all levels, in all forms of communication which will include face to face, over the telephone and via email, a sound grasp of technology is also required to work within the various systems in the business that also includes working alongside our manufacturer partner interfaces but importantly not forgetting that you need to retain that personal touch with our customer. As an integral part of them here at Luscombe Motors you will be part of a multi-award-winning company which prides itself on giving the very best in customer service. We currently hold the Mitsubishi Service, Suzuki and MG franchises at our solus site based in Leeds. we believe in empowering our staff so that they are able to make decisions based upon the welfare of our customers.
Working Hours are 08.00 am to 17.30 pm, with an hour for lunch, also working every other Saturday morning from 08.00 am to 12.30 pm is required

We offer an excellent remuneration package which includes a basic salary, bonus potential, together with a profit share payment and private health care after a qualifying period of service, the auto enrolment into our company pension is made after completing 3 months full service.
