About Us
Drayton Motors are part of the successful family owned RJTK Automotive Group. Established in 1998 and with a fantastic reputation for customer service, the group has grown to ten dealerships representing five manufacturers.
This opportunity is based at our most recently acquired site in Scunthorpe which benefits from a growing database of customers and a busy aftersales department.
About you
As a Service Advisor, if not already, you will become Manufacturer accredited and benefit from both internal and external training. You will enjoy face to face sales and have strong customer service skills as you look after the customers using our Service department and provide a level of care that will see them return year on year. You will be organised and able to cope in a fast-paced environment.
Motor industry experience is ideal, but if you possess the skills and have a passion to learn – this may still be the opportunity for you.

In return for your commitment, you can expect a competitive basic salary of £24,000 with a realistic uncapped OTE of £35,000.

Requirements of the ideal candidate
· Minimum of 2 years previous experience in a sales/service environment
· Drive and determination to achieve and exceed targets
· Excellent communication skills
· A confident and determined approach
· Resilience with determination and persistence
· A high degree of self-motivation and drive
· The ability to work independently and as part of a team
· Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure
· The capacity to flourish in a competitive environment
· Friendly and enthusiastic disposition
