Job description
Joining our friendly aftersales team, you will be a team player with exceptional communication skills to build rapport with colleagues and customers. You will report to Noel Hamilton (Service Manager) at the dealership who will help impact your knowledge and experience along with the team of 3 Service Advisors, allowing you to develop your skills and establish a strong career within the industry. This is an opportunity not to be missed!
- Booking MOTs, services and other repair work for our customers
- Advising customers about warranty cover and upselling additional parts / accessories that will
benefit the customer - Liaising with the full Aftersales department to organise and schedule appointments, based on workload and call volumes
- Managing a high-volume of customers daily as well as telephone calls and online booking queries
- Informing customers of turnaround times and ensuring effective communication throughout the time when a customers’ car is in the workshop
- Maintaining accurate customer records, and updating the systems when any bookings have been made
