Service Admin – Maternity Cover


Reading, Berkshire

Starting at £11 per hour

  • 25 hours per week, 8am – 1pm, Mon-Fri.

Your Role

At Rygor, they are looking for a dedicated Service Admin who can confidently and efficiently cover for a maternity contract at our Reading site. The right candidate will have a passion for Setting the Standard for our customers.

The key purpose of the role is to interpret internal and external customer’s requirements, ensuring that no unauthorised work is undertaken and making sure customer queries are handled quickly and efficiently. You will also ensure that all company policies and procedures applicable to your area of responsibility are always adhered to.

Day to day you will be:

  • Completing retail invoicing
  • Raising purchase orders
  • Raising job cards
  • Communicating with internal and external customers
  • Scanning, filing and paperwork
