Service Administrator: Details
Hours: 37.5 hours per week. May consider 30 hours post over 4 days
Salary: £21,500
Location: Home -based remote working
We are looking for a well-organised and confident administrator to provide administrative support to the Charity and contribute to the day-to-day running of the main office and appointments team. To be responsible for the administration of Relate services and to carry out day-to-day financial duties in line with procedures.
As part of the admin team, you will be supporting the day-to-day delivery of appointments, registering clients, update on appointments, responding to client enquiries via phone and email, and ensuring team targets are met and excellent customer service is achieved. To accurately set up, input and retrieve data, and produce timely and accurate monthly and quarterly monitoring reports. Carry out day-to-day admin duties in line with procedures, to ensure the centre has adequate resources to run the day-to-day and provide a welcoming and safe environment for clients and staff.
The successful applicant must have relevant experience in working to strict deadlines, be proficient in Excel and MS 365, have excellent people and communication skills and have the ability to work supportively within a busy team and to provide a client centred, confidential service and deal sensitively with the public.
