Client Services Administrator
Location – Paragon Bristol
Monday - Friday, 0900-1730
Job Summary
In this role you will be supporting the Clients Services team in day-to-day activity, on site in Bristol.
You will be part of a small team, reporting into the Client Account Directors, helping to ensure all BAU and contractual obligations are met and exceeded where possible.
This role is site based in Bristol Monday - Friday. An understanding of the industry is an advantage, but not critical. This role is an internal one, so it will not involve engagement with clients.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Attend Video Production Meetings twice daily, taking of actions and distributing to business owners
- To monitor production status and ensure Corps in the factory are closed down
- To liaise between internal departments in issue resolution
- To assist with back off office admin
- To run MI reports and supply to Client Services Teams
- To assist in Invoice reconciliation
- Good Microsoft Excel Skills is an advantage
- Support the wider Client Services Team where required
