Customer Service Administrator
Normanton
£20,500 - £22,000
4 day or 5 day flexible shifts also available over a weekend i.e. Friday – Monday or Thursday – Sunday etc. (extra payment made for this role)

Morgan King are actively recruiting for a Hire Desk controller to join our client on a permanent basis based in Normanton. The role includes:
- Responsible for smooth running of Key Accounts and/or General Orders.
- Ensure all orders are taken in detail and processed correctly.
- Create, input and ensure accuracy of orders onto the company system to minimise account queries and potential credits.
- Ensure relevant spreadsheets (as applicable) are updated daily/weekly
- Answer all incoming calls within 3 rings in a polite and professional manner
- Achieve all targets and KPI’s that are set for individuals/Administration team
- Create, post invoices to Sage daily, from various run code reports as specified and update Line Manager.
- Any customer queries must be dealt with quickly and efficiently.
- Line Manager or Director requests are to be completed within the same day or within timescale provided by them.
- Liaise and communicate effectively with all levels of staff.

Qualifications required:
- Confidence with IT and Microsoft packages including Excel
- Previous Administration and Customer services experience
- Able to follow company set policies and procedures
- Willingness to learn new processes
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
