• As a Sales Coordinator you will drive strong communication between Faerch and customers
• You will be providing strong and competent support for Regional Sales Managers
• You will be completing order processing and follow-ups
• As a sales coordinator you will be an integral part of the team delivering excellent service with daily customer contact
• You will be compiling forecasting and price calculation
• As a sales coordinator you will support with any other duties as requested by Managers.

• You must have experience with customer service and have the ability to create a good relationship with the customer and understand the customer's needs
• You will have strong IT competencies, including being a super user of Microsoft Office and you possibly have knowledge of CRM and M3
• You must be a good communicator and articulate
• Experience with back-office sales from a similar position is an advantage
• You will have good structure your work and manage to keep track of all actives without losing sight of details
• You are a service-minded team player with lots of initiative, and good at communicating at all levels
