Job Description

As a Sales Coordinator you will drive strong communication between Faerch and customers
You will be providing strong and competent support for Regional Sales Managers
You will be completing order processing and follow-ups
As a sales coordinator you will be an integral part of the team delivering excellent service with daily customer contact
You will be compiling forecasting and price calculation
As a sales coordinator you will support with any other duties as requested by Managers.

Qualifications

You must have experience with customer service and have the ability to create a good relationship with the customer and understand the customer's needs
You will have strong IT competencies, including being a super user of Microsoft Office and you possibly have knowledge of CRM and M3
You must be a good communicator and articulate
Experience with back-office sales from a similar position is an advantage
You will have good structure your work and manage to keep track of all actives without losing sight of details
You are a service-minded team player with lots of initiative, and good at communicating at all levels
