Job Description
The main responsibilities of the Mobile Engineering Electrical Supervisor will be:
- Leadership and management of a team - Mechanical and Electrical operatives
- Strategic planning - planned preventative maintenance, material budgeting and forecasting maintenance plans
- Compliance and Safety - ensuring standards are met, as well as keeping up to date with regulatory changes, implementing safety protocols , conducting regular safety inspections.
- Stakeholder collaboration - other departments within the organisation: operations, engineering, procurement, quality assurance. Ensuring effective communication, coordinating maintenance schedules and providing technical expertise and guidance as requested.
- Training and Development - identifying training needs and the development of maintenance engineers to enhance productivity on sites
- Leadership and management of a team - Mechanical and Electrical operatives

- Performance monitoring and analysis

The Successful Applicant
- Electrical engineering experience
- Exposure to mechanical maintenance previously
- Commercial experience - particularly office blocks
- Electrical qualification
- Leadership, particularly supervisory experience
