Finance Payments Reconciliation Assistant
We have an exciting new vacancy in our Finance team as a Finance Payments Reconciliation Assistant.
About the role
This role will be responsible for the reconciliation and investigation of the .com payments and invoices ensuring that Harrods is paid accurately and on time. You will have responsibility for some tender and deposit balance sheet accounts ensuring that Harrods maintains accurate details relating to deposits.
You will support the reviewing and investigation of failed point of sale revenues between the Point of Sale Tilling and SAP Systems for the Knightsbridge, Airport and H Beauty sites.
About you
We are looking for an organised individual with previous accounting experience and strong Microsoft excel capabilities. Knowledge of the SAP system is desirable but not essential. You will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as having comfort and confidence in dealing with senior managers.
You will have a strong customer service focus when dealing with both internal and external parties. Finally you will have Excellent attention to detail and an ability to produce accurate work, as well as excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise according to strict deadlines.
