Our client is looking for a highly organised Service Support Coordinator to join their busy Service team and to support operations as the business grows.
As a Service Support Coordinator, your main responsibilities will be:
- Scheduling engineers in for planned maintenance visits with customers all over the country
- Managing engineer's diaries ensuring effective use of engineer resource, considering skill set and location
- Regular liaison with internal and external customers
- Raising and dispatching quotations to customers
- Updating internal systems including logging customer contact history accurately
- To liaise with third part companies regarding supply/hire of third-party items
- To create service folders for new installations
- Ensuring a strong focus on customer satisfaction and that SLAs are always met
This is a busy reactive role with challenges to resolve on a daily basis. You will need to be well organised and capable of thinking on your feet, always aiming to provide the highest levels of customer service and support to your colleagues across the Uk.

Hours of work:
This role is 100% office based at their bright, modern offices in Crawley with parking on site. This is an ongoing rolling contract with no end date and will go permanent in the future. To start with the role will be Monday to Friday 9am-5.15pm but once trained, you will move onto a shift pattern between 8am to 8pm.
There will also be a requirement to work some weekends and weekday evenings throughout the year on a rota basis, and an on-call allowance will be paid each time for this.
