We’re a national boiler installation company that’s much less boring than you might imagine. Using technology and digital marketing channels, we facilitate super competitive and high-quality boiler installations throughout the UK, all from our HQ in Warrington.
Providing instant fixed-price quotes and allowing customers across the UK to checkout instantly gives us a huge competitive advantage over the industry and we’re growing at a phenomenal rate.

Job Description
We are a rapidly expanding, young company looking for someone dedicated to join our team. We’re the best at what we do because we have the best people, and we need more.
In this instance, we need an awesome, motivated, cheery and non-robotic Customer Service Hero to make outbound calls to our organically generated customers and provide that little bit more information or reassurance to help drive our company goals.
All calls are to potential customers who have specifically requested assistance, quotations or have not quite made it through our digital process. We categorically don’t make cold calls, because why would we? You either need a boiler or you don't so all of our calls are to the chilly ones that do.
This couldn't be further from a 'call centre' position and you'll be working in a casual (but super hardworking) environment.
We are super proud of our digital journey however not everything can be done by computers; the successful candidate will be responsible for-
General responsibility:
- Outbound customer service calls
- Manage and maintain your own workload
- Enter and process customer orders
- Payment processing and general administrative duties
- Handling of general customer service enquiries
- Provide instant digital quotes to customers using our online system
To work here, you must have:
- A positive mental attitude towards your work
- Reasonable understanding of Microsoft tools
- An outstanding phone and customer service manner (it’s informal friendly vibes here)
- Your own car, bike, van or helicopter (we aren’t particularly accessible by public transport)
- An excellent sense of humour
- A never-ending hunger for pizza
Industry specific experience isn’t a must and training will be provided. You’ll simply need to bring the right attitude, a willingness to learn and appreciate what is a unique and varied role within a company already fulfilling its huge potential.
