Customer Service Administrator (Accounts Manager)
Fresh Start UK is a leading Debt Advice Company based in Hull's city centre. We were established in 2009, specialising in providing personal debt advice tailored to individual needs and have helped over 12,000 UK Consumers in debt. We are authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority.
The Role
You will be responsible for providing an excellent customer service experience to new and existing clients in a compliant manner within our Customer Liaison Team. This role involves liaising directly with all new and existing clients via calls, email, SMS & WhatsApp, resolving client queries promptly and working closely with all departments to ensure the continued smooth running of the client's debt management plan.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle Client and Creditor contact through all durable mediums
- Setup and handling of Client payments
- Assist with the communication and collection of payments from non-paying customers
- Meet and exceed business KPI's & SLA's
- Meet and exceed standard compliance requirements
- Effective diary management
- Assistance with client reviews
- Duties defined by the Company
Experience and Key Skills:
- Experience in the Debt Management or Debt Collection industry is advantageous but is not essential.
- Experience in a contact centre environment is an advantage but not essential as full training will be provided.
- Experience in working for an FCA regulated firm is desired but not essential as regulatory training will be provided.
- A strong desire to learn about our industry and business
- Excellent communication and fact-finding skills
- Enthusiastic, professional, and have a passion for assisting customers
- Positive attitude and willingness to overcome obstacles
