Key responsibilities of our Customer Services Administrator include:-
· Provide Customer Service to retailers, processing orders and returns and dealing with queries
· Monitor and maintain levels of supply working alongside third party (3PL) warehousing to ensure that customer requirements are met and costs kept under control
· Check and ensure inbound EDI orders are received correctly and liaise with customers to rectify any issues
· Manage orders in line with current stock levels, informing Customer of shortages
· Processing orders via AI tool and / or manual input, including sample orders
· Liaising with customers regarding queries, delivery issues and returns/claims resolution
· Manage general queries which includes supermarket complaints management
· Analysis of order data – making recommendations where possible to improve order efficiencies
· Raising returns or collections from customers (ad-hoc)
· Liaise with 3PL to ensure returns are booked back into stock in timely manner to reduce held payments and invoices
· Raise pro-forma invoices: print and email to customers
· Ownership of customer portals where required
· Governance of all other SAP reported issues with stock management and order processing
· Exports: Process orders, liaise with customer advising weights and dimensions, expiry dates and collection details: raise necessary paperwork (COI/Export Clearances); arrange containers to collect and send out samples (where required)
Our ideal candidate will have at least 1+ years’ experience in a Customer Services team.
